Assembly & Compatibility – Home Series Accessories

The Y Cord Connector measures 1m in total length, with two 0.5m arms branching out from the centre connection. This allows you to power two separate sets of Home Series lights from one power source, making it simple to extend your layout in multiple directions.

This connector works seamlessly with any Home Series power source (sold separately) and is fully compatible with all Home Series lights, extension cables and accessories for a customisable setup.

When using this Y Connector with Home Series lights, the maximum total length or number of LEDs is still determined by your power source. This limit does not increase when the cable is split. For example, if your power source allows you to light up to 1,000 LEDs from one starter cable/battery box/solar panel, then you may divide them across both branches—such as 500 and 500, or 750 and 250 - provided the combined total does not exceed 1,000 LEDs.

Please note: an uneven split may result in one branch appearing slightly brighter due to lower LED load. Refer to our Power Usage Guide for specific LED limits.

Home Series is "Low Voltage" what does that mean?

Our Home Series range has been designed with the latest manufacturing technology and uses SMD LEDs, providing maximum performance at low voltage...

In short, it simply means that our Home Series uses significantly less power than your standard LED lights, without compromising on quality or brightness.

How do I change the settings of my lights?

The settings are controlled by the power source. There should be a button located on the body of your chosen power source.

Depending on the power source you have will determine how many setting you can use. Typically there are 8 lighting settings.

Most of our power sources also come with a built in timer and memory function. Some need you to press and hold the button to activate the timer, others will be automatically active.

The memory function is automatic, meaning if the power is turned off the device will remember the settings for the next time the power is turned on.

How many lights can I connect?

That depends on your power source.

We offer several power options from mains powered to battery and solar. It important to note the max LEDs and length your power option can support. Please refer to the product description.

Using the correct power option will ensure you get the most out of your lights and also prolong the life of the LEDs.
