Delivery & Shipping Policy

This policy explains how we process, dispatch, and deliver orders placed on WeRChristmas.co.uk. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions and Returns Policy.

1. Where We Deliver

We deliver to Mainland UK, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland. Please note that some remote locations may incur higher delivery charges due to courier surcharges. We do not currently deliver outside the UK.

2. Delivery Options

*Friday orders for Next Day/Express are typically delivered on Monday.

3. Couriers & Tracking

We use trusted UK partners including Evri, Parcelforce, and Royal Mail. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Note: Items may arrive in split shipments if they are from different warehouse zones or vary significantly in size.

4. Missed Deliveries & Addresses

  • Address Changes: We cannot change delivery addresses once an order has been dispatched.
  • Failed Delivery: If an item is returned to us due to an incorrect address or repeated missed attempts, a refund will be issued excluding the original delivery cost.
  • Safe Places: If you nominate a "safe place," you assume full responsibility for the parcel once the courier leaves it there.

5. Pre-Booked Installers (Important)

We strongly recommend waiting until your order has been delivered and checked before booking decorators or installers. We are not responsible for installer cancellation fees or missed appointment charges due to delivery delays.

6. Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, please report it via our Contact Us page within 48 hours. Please keep all packaging and provide photos to help us resolve the issue quickly.

7. Pre-Order Items

Pre-order dispatch dates are estimates. If an estimate is expected to extend by more than 4 weeks beyond the date shown at the time of purchase, we will notify you directly.
