Welcome to WeRChristmas.co.uk. These Terms & Conditions outline important information about using our website, placing orders, deliveries, returns, warranties, payments and your consumer rights. By using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Using Our Website
This website is intended for personal use only. You must be 18 or older to place an order. We may update these Terms from time to time; changes apply from the date they are posted and do not affect orders already placed.
3. Placing an Order
Orders are accepted online only. A contract is formed only when your items are dispatched. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or failed security checks.
4. Pre-Orders
- Dispatch dates for pre-orders are estimates and may change.
- If a delay exceeds 4 additional weeks from the estimate, we will notify you directly.
- You may cancel a pre-order any time before dispatch for a full refund.
5. Delivery Information
We deliver to Mainland UK, Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, and Northern Ireland (surcharges apply to non-mainland areas).
- Standard: 3–5 working days
- Next Day: Order before 3pm (Mon-Thu)
- Express: 1–2 days (Order before 2pm)
Items may arrive separately via different couriers (Evri, Parcelforce, or Royal Mail) depending on size and warehouse location.
6. Warranties
We provide warranties reflecting the seasonal nature of our products against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use.

Warranty Exclusions:
The warranty does not cover:
- Damage from improper storage (e.g., damp sheds or garages).
- Normal wear and tear (including up to 3% bulb failure on lighting products).
- Commercial/Professional use.
- Accidental damage or weather exposure beyond intended use.
7. Returns & Collections
Please refer to our Full Returns Policy for details. Note that we do not offer collection services as standard; items must be returned via our Returns Portal.
8. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
