Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, this policy explains how returns and refunds work at WeRChristmas.co.uk.

1. Change of Mind Returns

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your item within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, and accessories must be included.
  • Items should be handled only as you would in a shop.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process a refund to your original payment method.

2. How to Return an Item

All returns must be submitted through our Returns Portal:

  1. Visit our Returns Portal.
  2. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  3. Download and print your returns label.
  4. Drop your parcel at the designated location shown in the portal.

Note: We do not offer a standard collection service.

3. Return Costs (Change of Mind)

Return costs depend on the size and value of your item and are deducted from your refund:

Item Size/Value Cost
Small items (under 1 metre and/or under £80) £3.95
Large items (1 metre or over and/or over £80) £6.95

4. Collection Services

Due to the size and weight of many products, we do not offer collection as standard. Collections for oversized items (e.g., 9ft+ trees) are assessed case-by-case, must be approved in writing by our customer service team, and are not guaranteed.

5. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible. We recommend reporting faults within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Return costs for faulty items are covered by us.
  • You may receive a refund or replacement.
  • Original delivery charges will also be refunded.

6. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5 working days, though please allow up to 14 days from the date of return.

7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or cut-to-size rope lights.
  • Items made specifically to order.

8. Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
