Suited for professional and residential use, this practical accessory allows you to split your display into two directions from a single starter cable. The black cable blends discreetly into darker settings such as rooftops, trees or night-time installations.
Assembly & Compatibility – Pro Series Accessories
The Y Cord Connector measures 1.2m long in total length, with three 50cm arms (including the centre lead and two outlet leads) for generous reach when creating custom layouts. It connects directly to a Pro Series mains starter cable (sold separately) or it can be placed between light sections. This accessory creates two additional outlets, allowing you to branch your display into separate directions. It’s compatible with all Pro Series connectable lights and extension cables (sold separately).
When using this Y Connector with Pro Series lights, the maximum total length or number of LEDs is still determined by your chosen light type and the power source. This limit does not increase when the cable is split. For example, if your lights allow up to 8,000 LEDs from one starter cable, you may divide them across both branches—such as 4,000 and 4,000, or 6,000 and 2,000—provided the combined total does not exceed 8,000 LEDs.
Please note: an uneven split may result in one branch appearing slightly brighter due to lower LED load. Refer to our Power Usage Guide for specific LED limits.
