Bring portable power to your Home Series lighting with our Starter 3AA Battery Box. Perfect for smaller displays where mains or solar power isn’t practical, this battery box offers flexibility and ease of use for indoor and outdoor setups.
Assembly & Compatibility – Home Series Accessories
This battery box features a 25cm black PVC cable and connects directly to any Home Series lights or accessories (sold separately). It powers up to 24m of lighting or 240 LEDs and includes 9 built-in lighting modes such as ‘combination’, ‘in waves’ and ‘slow glow’. The built-in timer allows you to set your lights to turn on automatically for 6 hours before turning them off for 18 hours.
Power & Battery Life
- Uses 3 x AA batteries (not included).
- Approximate run times using branded 1.5V alkaline batteries:
- On – Steady or other modes – Up to 1 week
- Timer On – Steady or other modes – Up to 3 weeks

We recommend using the corresponding transformer for your light display, using the LED count as a guide this will ensure a longer product life.
When connecting bigger sets of lights we recommend connecting closer to the transformer, to allow an even distribution of power.

You can, however, you will need a suitable waterproof outdoor socket.

That depends on your power source.
We offer several power options from mains powered to battery and solar. It important to note the max LEDs and length your power option can support. Please refer to the product description.
Using the correct power option will ensure you get the most out of your lights and also prolong the life of the LEDs.
How do I change the settings of my lights?
How do I change the settings of my lights?
The settings are controlled by the power source. There should be a button located on the body of your chosen power source.
Depending on the power source you have will determine how many setting you can use. Typically there are 8 lighting settings.
Most of our power sources also come with a built in timer and memory function. Some need you to press and hold the button to activate the timer, others will be automatically active.
The memory function is automatic, meaning if the power is turned off the device will remember the settings for the next time the power is turned on.
