Assembly & Compatibility – Festoon Series Lights

This 10m belt includes 10 long-drop E27 bulb sockets, evenly spaced at 100cm intervals along a durable, heavy-duty black rubber cable. Bulbs are sold separately, allowing you to choose from our selection of different colours, styles and wattages to suit your preferred ambience.

Each socket includes moulded hanging points for secure installation on fencing, pergolas, poles or tension wire. The long-drop design enhances visual impact, while waterproof seals ensure safe, reliable use with compatible E27 bulbs outdoors.

This belt connects to a Festoon Series starter cable (sold separately), which plugs directly into a standard household socket. Multiple belts can be linked to cover larger areas. The total number of belts or bulbs that can run from one starter cable will depend on the wattage of the bulbs used. See our ‘Power Usage’ guide for details.

Unused sockets can be capped using screw-in lamp holder caps (sold separately) to maintain weather protection. For outdoor setups, always ensure the power plug is kept indoors or placed in a suitable weatherproof box.
