Assembly & Compatibility – Festoon Series Lights
This 10m belt includes 10 evenly spaced E27 bulb sockets along a heavy-duty black rubber cable. Bulbs are sold separately, allowing you to choose from a wide range of Festoon Series filament or LED styles to suit your preferred ambience.
Each socket features moulded hanging points for easy installation on fences, pergolas or tension wire. Waterproof seals ensure safe, reliable performance with compatible E27 bulbs outdoors. The belt connects to a Festoon Series starter cable (sold separately), which plugs directly into a standard household socket.
Multiple belts can be linked together to cover larger areas. The total number of belts or bulbs that can be powered from one starter cable depends on the wattage of the bulbs used. For guidance, see our ‘Power Usage’ section.
Unused sockets can be sealed using screw-in lamp holder caps (sold separately) to maintain weather protection. For outdoor use, always ensure the power plug is kept indoors or housed within a suitable weatherproof box.
