When purchasing these bulbs alongside our LINK Festoon series connectable festoon lights, please ensure you order the appropriate quantity. For example, if your festoon set contains 20 sockets, you will need to order 20 bulbs.
Please note:
While these bulbs may be compatible with festoon belts/harnesses from other suppliers, we recommend verifying their suitability with the manufacturer or by testing a sample before purchasing or installing. It's crucial that your festoon belt/harness socket includes a weatherproof seal covering at least 10mm of the globe and forming a secure seal above the lamp base. Warranty does not cover bulbs damaged by water.

Yes you can. We would recommend you use our E27 bulbs as they have been specifically designed for use outdoors.
Using other brands of E27 bulbs will work perfectly fine. When looking for E27 bulbs, make sure to take note of the bulbs power consumption and if its suitable for outdoor use.
Note: Using other brands may void your warranty.

Each of our lighting series are only compatible with products from the same series. If you don't know what series you have, a good indicator is the colour of the safety water seal located on the 'male' connection port:
Yellow = LINK Up
Blue = LINK Pro
Orange = LINK Festoon

How do I hide excess sockets after installing?
Sometimes you might have excess sockets depending on your arrangement.
We recommend you use a Protective Seal, this allows you to discreetly hide the excess sockets without them emitting light, whilst protecting the belt from water damage by sealing the sockets.
